In most European Countries, before obtaining Convoi Exceptionnel or Bred last permits, the relevant Abnormal load authorities now demand certified documentation which provide comprehensive characteristics and dimensions of both truck and trailer/Road-train, etc

Standard UK V5 and Plating Documents do not cover all these details

However, DVLA at Swansea (VOSA) can issue the required Documentation in the form of an individual Certificate of Keeper or CERFA document

A CERFA document can be supplied for each vehicle, subject to the exact dimensions, weight and characteristics being supplied
